【摘要】 通过对非典这一突发公共卫生事件中我国医疗卫生体制改革存在问题的分析,从全面理解和认识医疗卫生事业的性质、完善政府宏观调控和协调管理机制、完善医院分类管理制度、发挥基层卫生防疫机构和社区医疗卫生机构的作用及乡镇医疗卫生机构改制后农村突发公共卫生事件防护网建设等方面,探讨突发公共卫生事件给我国医疗卫生体制改革的启示,对进一步深化我国医疗卫生体制改革提出了一些积极的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyses the problems in reform of medical service system through SARS. the gusty public health affair, probing into the apocalypse from understanding the characters of health, improving hospital classification system, improving mechanism governmental macro control and coordination, exerting primary preventive facilities and community health facilities effects, and after reorganizing of township health facilities how to build the security of gusty public health affair in country.
