【摘要】 目的 :探讨全脊柱退变患者治疗方法的合理选择。方法 :从 1998年～ 2 0 0 1年共发现全脊柱退变患者 5 6例 ,其中 14例手术减压治疗。有单一部位手术 ,也有两个部位联合手术。结果 :年龄小、退变节段少的效果好 ,年龄大、退变节段多的尤其为颈、胸、腰均有退变者手术效果较差 ,在合并有胸椎退变者效果最差。结论 :全脊柱退变以保守治疗为主 ,如出现某节段脊髓严重受压可考虑手术减压治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discussion the best way of treating whole spinal degeneration.Methiod:56 cascs of whole spinal degeneration were analyzed including 14 cases have taken the decompression operation from 1998～2001、In these 14 cases,there are single part operation,also two parts operation conjoint.Result:The younger and had less parts degeneration group has better reaction than the group who has the whole spinal concernde and more older,and the worst reaction wete seen in the thorax spinal degeneration Cases.Conclusion:The best therspy of whole spinal degenetation is internal medicine intervention,only certain spinal compress symptom occurs can operation be operated.更多还原
