蒙古冰草×航道冰草杂种F₃代的育性及染色体构型分析

【摘要】对蒙古冰草与航道冰草种间杂种F3代的花粉育性、结实性、穗型、细胞遗传学特性等进行了研究,结果表明:F3花粉育性为66.59%,比F1、F2分别提高了39.84%和17.82%;F3自然结实率为28.07%,比F1、F2分别提高了22.77%和12.47%;F3代的穗型变化较F2相对稳定,其PMCMⅠ染色体平均配对构型为0.23Ⅰ+6.88Ⅱ,环状二价体频率明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pollen fertility,seed set,ear type variation and cytogenetics of hybrid F3 were studied.The result showed that the pollen fertility of hybrid F3 was 66.59%,the seed set was 28.07%.The pollen fertility increased respectively by 39.84% and 17.82% and the seed set increased respectively by 22.77% and 12.47%,comparing to F1 and F2. Compared with F2, ear type of hybrid F3 was more steady,and its average chromosome pairing configurations at metaphaseⅠin pollen mother cell was 0.23Ⅰ+6.88Ⅱ, the rate of ring bivalent increased obviously.更多还原
