【摘要】 目的 :探讨四肢骨肿瘤切除后采用大段异体骨移植交锁髓内钉内固定修复骨缺损的疗效。方法 :1998年～ 2 0 0 3年对 18例例患者进行了病灶清除、交锁髓内钉内固定加同种异体骨移植术。结果 :术后随访 1～ 5 0月 ,2例死亡 ,其余 16例接合区骨质生长良好 ,无 1例骨发生不连接。肩、膝、踝关节活动及肢体负重良好。结论 :本手术方法使固定节段具有高度的内在稳定性 ,可早期进行功能锻炼 ,防止影响肩、膝、踝关节的负重功能或防止创伤关节炎 ,适合于四肢骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the effect of massive allograft with interlocking intramedully nail on repair after bone tumor resection. Methods:Frome 1998 to 2003,18 cases underwent lesion clearance followed by intramedullary nailing and allogenic bone transplantation.Results:The patients were followed up for 1～50 months. Among these 18 cases,two cases were dead,all the other 16 cases recovered well with good shoulder、knee and ankle joints movements and load on limbs,no one had non-connection of his bone.Conclusions:This operation has the highest stabilization,the patient can exercise earlier to recover function,and traumatic arthritis could be prevented. It is suitable for repair after bone tumor resection.更多还原
