【摘要】 乳房自我检查对降低乳腺癌病死率的有效性仍然存在着争议。本文综合乳房自我检查的有关文献 ,结合我国的实际情况进行再评估。文献中几个随机临床试验对乳房自我检查的价值提出疑问 ,建议谨慎推荐。但是否就此停止教妇女进行乳房自我检查 ,尚需进一步研究才能确定更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of breast self examination (BSE) on the reduction in breast cancer mortality rates is controversial. This article summarized several articles about BSE and its efficacy in the Chinese situation. The randomized clinical trials in several articles are skeptical about the effectiveness of BSE, and suggest more prudent recommendation. Yet whether or not to stop teaching breast self examination needs further studies.更多还原
