【摘要】 目的 :探索 FSH/ L H (促卵泡素 /促黄体素 )比值在评价围绝经期卵巢功能中的价值。方法 :选择 30～ 6 4岁健康妇女 2 32例。研究组 115例 ,其中 4 5～ 5 5岁 6 4例为研究 1组 ,5 6～ 6 4岁 5 1例为研究 2组 ,年龄 30～ 4 4岁育龄妇女 117例为对照组。月经周期规则者于周期第 2 2天 ,不规则者于预计下次月经来潮前 7～ 8d,已绝经者可随时抽取空腹静脉血做 RIA测定 ,测 FSH、L H、E2 、P血清值。结果 :两研究组 FSH/ L H>1.0 ,对照组 FSH/ L H<1.0 ,研究组与对照组 FSH/ L H>1.0的个体数比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,两研究组间 FSH/ L H比值差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,E2 、P均值各组间差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :FSH/ L H比值与卵巢功能有关 ,可作为评价围绝经期卵巢功能的一项可靠指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of FSH/LH ratio in the evaluation of ovarian function during periclimacterium periods. Methods: Choose 232 healthy 30 64 years old women. Research group includes 115 women. Among them, research group 1 includes 64 women. Aged 45 55 years ,research group 2 includes 51 women aged 56 64 . The contrast group includes 117 women of childbearing age. Fasting venous blood were taken in 22nd day of intermenstrrual period if the period is regular, 7th 8th days of next expectant menstrual period if the intermenstrrual period is irregular, anytime in climacterrium women. All the samples was done RIA detecting. Detect FSH,LH,E2,P value. Results: In two research group: FSH/LH>1.0. In the contrast group, FSH/LH<1.0.There is significant difference between the two group( P <0.01),there is no difference among two research groups( P >0.05).There are significant difference in E2 and P value among each group. Conclusion: There are some relations between FSH/LH ratio and ovarian function. FSH/LH could be used as a reliable index in the evaluation of periclimacterium ovarian function.更多还原
