【摘要】 目的　探讨偏头痛与脑白质变性的关系。方法　 75例偏头痛患者的临床表现、分型、脑血流及头颅CT或 MRI检测结果进行回顾分析。结果　 75例偏头痛患者中 6 2例 TCD检查脑血流速度增加或降低各占 5 0 %。75例中有 4 8例做头颅 MRI检查 ,其中 18例脑白质有多灶性小圆点状长 T1 长 T2 改变。结论　偏头痛患者 MRI出现脑白质变性可能是偏头痛的一种新的特殊类型或者是伴有皮质下脑梗死或白质脑病的常染色体显性遗传性脑动脉病的早期改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the migraine and leukoencephalopathy. Methods A retropspective study of 75 cases of migraine. Results There were 62 cases showed cerebral blood flow speed increasing or reducing in the 75 cases with migraine. There were long T 1 and long T 2 changes in cerebral white matter of 18 cases from 48 cases having brain MRI of 75 cases migraine. Conclusion The cerebral white matter changes in migraine cases on MRI can be a new special type or early stage change of Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL).更多还原
