【摘要】 目的　观察A型肉毒毒素 (BTX A)治疗Meige综合征 ,(眼睑痉挛 口颌肌张力障碍综合征 )的疗效。方法　用A型肉毒毒素对 1 7例Meige综合征行面部肌肉局部多点注射 ,分析其治疗结果。结果　 1 7例中完全缓解者 9例 ,明显缓解者 5例 ,部分缓解者 2例 ,无效 1例。总有效率 94%。起效时间数小时至 3天 ,疗效持续时间 3～ 6个月。局部副反应轻微、短暂 ,无全身反应及过敏反应。结论　A型肉毒毒素是治疗Meige综合征最有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of botulinum A toxin injection for the treat ment of Meige’s syndrome. Methods A total of 17patients were evaluated on therapeutic efficacy of multifocal facial injection. Results Of the 9 patients were completly relieved,5 remarkably relieved,2 partial relieved and 1 had no improvement;94% of the patients experienced relief. Clinical observation showed marked improvement in symptoms from a few hours to the 3 day after injection and lasted about 3 to 6 months. The local side effects were transient and mild,no systemic adverse and allegic reactions were noted. Conclusion Boutlinu A toxin local injection was the best method of treatment meige’s syndrome.更多还原
