【摘要】 目的　探讨 A型肉毒毒素治疗面肌、眼睑痉挛及 Meige综合征的疗效。方法　采用 A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗偏侧面肌痉挛 10 2例、眼睑痉挛 41例及 Meige综合征 13例 ,并使用 Cohen和 Albert量表进行评估。结果　症状完全缓解占 5 1.3 % ,明显改善占 3 7.8% ,部分改善占 10 .9% ,疗效平均持续约 3～ 6个月 ,复发者重复注射仍有效 ,出现眼睑闭合不全、面肌无力、眼睑下垂共 5 8例 ,均恢复。结论　局部注射 A型肉毒毒素确为一种安全有效、简便易行的治疗面肌、眼睑痉挛及 Meige综合征的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of botulin A on hemificial spasm patients, blepharospasm patients and meige syndrome patients. Methods A total of 158 patients, including 102 HFS patients, 41 BS patients and 13 meige syndrome patients, were studied on therapeutic efficacy of multifocal facial injctions with botulin A and were tested with cohen and albert. Results 51.3% of the patients were completely relieved of symptoms, 37.8% were obviously relieved , 10.9% were partially relieved. The average of etherapeutic efficacy lasted 3 to 6 monthes. It was effective to the recurrent patients with therapeutic of repeated injections,58 patients were discovered with palpebra dysraphism?facial weakness/asthenia or palpebra ptosis, who were recovered. Conclusion The botulin A local injections could serve as a kind of safe, useful and easy treatment the patients with to HFS?BS and Meige syndrome.更多还原
