【摘要】 目的　探讨前炎症细胞因子 (proinflammatorycytokine)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumornecrosisfactorα ,TNFα)和白细胞介素 1β(Interleukin 1β ,IL 1β)mRNA在慢性鼻窦炎病人和健康人鼻黏膜上皮细胞中的表达 ,分析鼻黏膜上皮细胞在鼻粘膜天然免疫中的作用。方法　应用核酸分子原位杂交技术检测 3 0例慢性鼻窦炎病人和 2 1例健康人鼻黏膜上皮细胞中TNFα和IL 1βmRNA的表达。 结果　TNFα和IL 1βmRNA在 3 0例慢性鼻窦炎上皮细胞中均有表达 ,且分别与健康对照组间差异有统计学意义 (t=8.13 ,P <0 .0 1)和 (t=7.74,P <0 .0 1)。结论　鼻黏膜上皮细胞可通过产生前炎症细胞因子、TNFα和IL 1β主动参与粘膜炎症。表明鼻黏膜上皮不仅是单纯的物理屏障 ,同时在黏膜天然免疫中扮演重要角色更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the expression o f proinflammatory cytokine TNFα and IL-1β in epithelial cell of nasal mucosa, and to investigate the role of nasal epithelia in the innate immunity of nasal mucosa. Methodsspecimens from 30 patients of chronic sinusitis and 21 healthy adults were examined by in situ hybridization for TNFα and IL-1βmRNA. ResultsAll 30 samples of chronic sinusitis showed a strange expression of TNFα and IL-1β than in controls (t= 8.13 , P< 0.01 ) and (t= 7.74 , P< 0.01 ). ConclusionIt suggests that nasal epithelia play an important role not only in physical barrier, but also in innate immunity to nasal mucosa via expressing proinflammatory cytokine TNFα and IL-1β.更多还原
