【摘要】 目的 探讨颅中窝血管瘤型脑膜瘤的术前准备、手术方法和术中注意事项。方法 对17例颅中窝血管瘤型脑膜瘤病人行手术治疗,3例术后放射治疗。结果 Simpson Ⅱ级切除14例,次全切除2例,电凝皱缩1例。随访6个月～15年,2例复发。结论 术前脑血管造影是必要的;颞下经颧弓入路视野开阔,便于处理肿瘤基底和增生骨质;术后放射治疗可减少复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preparation of preoperation and operation methods of Hetnangimatous meningioma. Methods Seventeen cases were performed surgical excision, 3 of which were given radiotheraphy after the surgical excision. Results Fourteen cases were performed Simpson Ⅱ grade excision, 2 subtotal excision, and 1 electric coagulation. Followed 6 months to 15 years, 2 patients recurred. Conclusion DSA is needed before operation to know the artery of tumor. Subtemporal-transzygomatic approach may expand the exposure. Radiotherapy after the operation may decrease recurrence.更多还原
