【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the origin and traits associated with the system of standardization management carried out by the primary members of the WTO, and through comparing with the system of standardization management of land resources, obtaining a result that system of standardization management should transit from government-oriented to academic- group- oriented. The author makes a proposal that society or association should be given full play to its professional technology and gradually bring the standardization management system in line with international practice.更多还原
