【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the current situation, traits, intentions, structure and development direction of the mining rights market in China. The author conducts his analysis on the basis of three methods for the appraisal of mining rights value. The paper then provides some thoughts on finding solutions to the problems and shortcomings of the mining rights market.更多还原
