【摘要】 本文研制了一种能测量不同温度下的食品和医药水分活度的检测仪。仪器主要由半导体恒温器、模块电源、研华公司的数据采集模块以及温度、湿度传感器组成。恒温器中的温度可以调节并恒定在所需要的温度 ,恒温范围为 -5 0℃～ 5 0℃ ,控制精度为 0 .1K。检测软件是利用VB6.0来编程 ,可以自动存储和打印检测的水分活度和温度数据更多还原

【Abstract】 A detector which can measure the water activity of food and medicine in different temperature is developed.It consists of semiconductor thermostat,power module,and dater collector module of yanhua,temperature sensor and humidity sensor.
