电力线载波通讯模块在机器人控制技术中的应用
AC Power Line Communication Network Controller Used In ROBOT Control
【摘要】 机器人控制中通讯是必不可少的技术环节,现有通讯方式可分为有线与无线两种。无线通讯不必配置专用的通讯线缆,但抗空间电磁干扰能力低,受无线电管制约束。有线通讯可靠性高,但需配备专用的通讯电缆。近年发展起来的电力线载波通讯技术为机器人控制技术提供了新的通讯手段。电力线载波通讯使用公用的电力线,不必专门铺设通讯电缆,系统得以简化,因而大大提高了机器人设计与制造的性能价格比。本文结合工程实践,采用了美国Intellon公司的电力线载波通讯模块SSC P200与单片机结合组成了实用系统,实际运行表明电力线载波通讯技术应用在机器人控制中是行之有效的。
【Abstract】 Communication Technology have been widely used in the POBOT control field. Communication technology is classified as wireless type and wired type. Wireless or radio type communication needs no wire, but it is easily disturbed by the radio wave from space and must be supervised by radio committee. Wired communication needs special wire, cost much and is rigid. The AC power line communication network controller can make the communication a new way. It need -wire, but not a special one, just the AC power line. So using the AC power line communication network controller can improve the quality of the robot communication and reduce the cost of the robot system.
