2001—2002年贵阳市地方性氟中毒流行病学调查分析
The epidemiological investigation and analysis of endemic fluorosis in Guiyang from 2001 to 2002
【摘要】 目的 了解贵阳市地方性氟中毒 (地氟病 )患病与流行情况。方法 采用分层抽样方法对全市 5个病区 (县 )乡镇中心区和边缘区儿童和成人进行临床症状体征、氟斑牙、尿氟和环境介质氟含量调查。结果 全市总体氟骨症临床症状体征检出率为 14 .46% ,病情以中度为主 ,检出率以白云区最高 ,为 45.2 4% ,女性发病高于男性 ,边缘区高于中心区。 8~ 12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率为 40 .75% ,缺损型检出率 4.5% ,氟斑牙指数 0 .8,边缘区高于中心区。尿氟范围为 0 .10~ 10 .48mg/L ,中位数为 0 .9mg/L。辣椒和玉米氟含量均值分别为 70 .55和 5.0mg/L。结论 贵阳市地氟病流行总体上得到控制 ,但仍然严重 ,明显受文化经济影响。全市病区氟斑牙患者约有 70万人 ,主要通过室内敞炉灶燃煤导致煤烟氟污染室内空气和烘炕的辣椒而摄入大量氟所致
【Abstract】 ObjectiveUnderstanding the endemic fluorosis sicken and popular circumstance in Guiyang.MethodsThe adoption layering draw sampling the method to whole municipal 5 disease District (county) village center and the edge area, unfold inquisition to child and adult in clinical symptom, dental fluorosis,uri nary fluoride and fluorin content of environment medium.Results Clinical symptom of total skeletal fluorosis patient of whole municipal the test outs rate was 14.46%,the condition of disease was main in middle degree, occupy the number of total disease of 55.25%.The test outs rate of Baiyun area was the tallest, for 45.24%,female incidence of disease higher than male, edge area hig her than center area.The test outs rate of 8~12 years old child dental fluorosi s was 53.19%, the test outs rate of default type was 4.5%, dental fluorosis index was 0.8, edge area higher than center area.Urinary fluoride average worth was 0 .98 mg/L, Standard odds 1.61 mg/L. The average worth of content of fluorin in ca psicum and maize was 70.55 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L.ConclusionsMy municipal endemic fluorosis is popular a scending to get the control, but still serious, suffer the culture and economy i nfluence obviously. There are about 700 thousand sufferer of dental fluorosis in whole municipal disease area. So the indoors cooking stove without cover burns coal that causes primarily the fluorin in coal smoke pollution indoors air and l arge quantity fluorin is breathed in when roast capsicum.
