【摘要】 目的　了解山东省聊城市居民碘营养状况 ,提出相应的防治对策。方法　按照 L QAS抽样法对聊城市 4县 1区 8～ 10岁儿童甲状腺肿 (甲肿 )大率、尿碘含量、居民户碘盐覆盖率及合格率、饮水碘含量、儿童智商(IQ )水平及当地居民生活习惯进行了调查 ,并对相关指标进行了分析。结果　水碘与儿童尿碘、儿童甲肿率之间的关系出现不一致性。儿童甲肿率与尿碘、碘盐覆盖率之间的关系完全呈现一致性。结论　聊城市 4县 1区存在高碘性甲肿的流行 ,是由于居民饮用高碘水和食用碘盐共同作用的结果。据此提出了该地区高碘性甲肿的主要预防措施为停止饮用高碘水和食用碘盐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the iodine-nutritional status among inhabitants of Liaocheng region in Shandong province. To put forward corresponding plan about different questions.Methods In this paper, the method of LQAS was adopted in Liaocheng 4 counties and 1 city to test thyroid goiter rate, urinary iodine of 8～10 years old children, iodized-salt covering rate and iodized-salt qualified rate, water iodine, the children’s intelligence quotient(IQ) and the inhabitant’s habit of life. We studied the relating indicates.Results The water iodine shows difference with urinary iodine and thyroid goiter rate. Thyroid goiter rate were unanimous with urinary iodine and iodized-salt covering rate.Conclusions There are a prevailing tendency of high iodine goiter in Liaocheng, which due to the common effect of drinking high iodine water and taking iodized-salt. We put forward the way to prevent and cure the high iodine goiter by stopping drinking high-iodine water and taking iodized-salt.更多还原
