【摘要】 目的　通过调查 ,对安徽省碘缺乏病 (IDD)防治现状进行评价 ,提出相应的防治措施。方法　按照《卫生部办公厅关于开展全国第 4次碘缺乏病监测工作的通知》要求 ,对 8～ 10岁儿童的甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、居民户盐碘合格率、居民饮用水水碘进行调查并进行分析。结果　甲状腺肿大率、尿碘中位数、盐碘合格率 3项主要指标已达到国家消除 IDD标准。结论　安徽省 IDD防治工作已达到实现消除 IDD阶段目标 ,但也存在问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and cure of Anhui iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) and to assess its present situation.To find out existing problems and put forward corresponding plan.Methods Goitre rate,urinary iodine, iodized salt qualified rate among inhabitants of 8~10 years old children and dringking water iodine were investigated and analyzed according to the notification on implementing 4th national IDD state surveillance work issued by the office bureau of Ministry of Health of China.Results Three majore indicates of goitre rate, median of urinary iodine and iodized salt qualified rate met the requirement of national standization of IDD elimination. Conclusions The prevention and cure of IDD in Anhui province has achived the national standization of IDD elimination goal. But there are still problem need to be tackled.更多还原
