【摘要】 目的　研制更适合于病区现场冲洗手腕部 X线片的新型洗片架。方法　按设计要求加工成新型洗片架 ,与传统不锈钢洗片架各冲洗 X线照片 180张实施对比分析 ;之后 ,又与自动显影机对照洗片各 40张 ,检查2种不同洗片方法应用效果。结果　新型洗片架较传统不锈钢洗片架冲洗 X线照片效果提高明显 ,现场操作装卸片快 ,显影多 ,划痕轻 ,X线图像保留完整 ,优质片增加 ,差片减少 ;比自动显影机操作灵活 ,显影充分 ,重点突出 ,细微结构清晰 ,具有明显优势。结论　新型洗片架是适合于手腕部 X线洗片简便易行的有效工具 ,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply a new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment for wrist photographs, taking photographs in Kashin-Beck-disease(KBD) areas.Methods After the new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment was designed and made, X-ray photographs of 360 cases were compared and analysed between the new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment and the traditional stainless steel’s X-ray film interpolatory equipment, then the developing effect of the new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment and auto-developing equipment were observed after two types of 80 cases X-ray photographs were taken.Results The new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment was faster in mounting and dismounting pictures, higher in working quality and efficiency than the traditional stainless steel’s X-ray film interpolatory equipment. In the field of X-ray photographs taking, it was easy to be placed, with more to quality pictures.Conclusions The application of the new type X-ray film interpolatory equipment might be an effective method and significant practical value in improving wrist X-ray photographs.更多还原
