潜在型及慢型克山病患者血清一氧化氮水平检测分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨一氧化氮 ( Nitric Oxide,NO)和克山病病变间的关系。方法 检测了陕西省黄陵县 30例潜在型、慢型克山病患者血清硒含量和 NO水平。健康对照分别选自黄陵县克山病病区和西安市非病区。结果  1克山病患者组与病区健康对照组血清硒水平显著低于非病区健康对照组 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;克山病患者组与病区健康对照组血清硒水平相比差异无显著意义 ( P >0 .0 5 )。 2克山病患者血清 NO水平显著高于病区健康对照组( P <0 .0 5 ) ;但克山病患者组与非病区健康对照组之间相比差异无显著意义 ( P >0 .0 5 )。 3心功能不全 级到 级的克山病患者血清 NO水平随心衰程度的加重而升高 ,当心功能不全达 级时 ,血清 NO水平下降。结论 NO在克山病患者心肌损伤和心力衰竭的发生和发展中起一定作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between nitric oxide (NO) and the pathological changes of Keshan disease.Methods The serum selenium (Se) and NO contents of thirty patients with latent or chronic Keshan disease in the endemic area in Huangling County of Shaanxi Province were investigated. Control groups were healthy subjects in Huangling County and Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province.Results ①The serum Se contents of patients and the healthy control group from Huangling County were significantly lower than those of the healthy control group from Xi’an City (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in Huangling County (P>0.05).②The serum NO level of patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group from Huangling county (P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference compared with the healthy control group from Xi’an city (P>0.05).③Within NYHA classⅠ-Ⅲ, the serum NO level of patients increased with the degree of heart failure increasing; but the serum NO level decreased when heart failure developed to the extent to NYHA class Ⅳ.Conclusions NO might play a role in the occurrence and development of myocardial injury and heart failure of Keshan disease.
