饮茶型氟中毒动物模型建立及组织病理学观察

【摘要】 目的 复制饮茶型氟中毒动物病理模型。方法 通过生化学指标和组织病理学方法进行观察。结果  1实验组大鼠血、尿、骨氟含量均明显升高 ,与对照组相比差异有极显著意义 ( P <0 .0 0 1) ,且 10 0 %出现氟斑牙。2光镜下可见 ,饮砖茶水组大鼠胫骨干骺端骨小梁增多、变密 ,相互连接成网 ;肾近曲小管上皮细胞核萎缩、形态不规则 ;肝细胞浊肿变性 ;心肌纤维间隙增大。结论 长期大量饮用砖茶水确实可以引起氟中毒 ;砖茶氟不仅损害骨组织 ,造成氟斑牙和氟骨症 ,同时也影响体内多种组织器官的功能 ,尤以肾脏受损最为明显。

【Abstract】 Objective To duplicate the animal model of drinking brick-tea type fluorosis.Methods The biochemical and histopathological methods were adopted.Results ①Compared with control group, the contents of fluoride in serum, urine and bone of experimental rats markedly increased and had greatly significant difference(P<0.001),and all rats suffered from dental fluorosis.②Under the optical microscope, we could see that in brick tea group, the trabecular bone of metaphysis in tibia increased and became dense, and connected each other; Nucleus of proximal convoluted tubule of kidney atrophied and their figures were irregular; Hepatocytes were cloudy swelling and degeneration; The distance among myocardial cells extended.Conclusions It was proved that fluorosis was surely caused by ingesting large amount of fluoride due to consumption of brick tea water as a beverage for a long time; fluorine in brick tea not only damaged hard tissues and caused dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis, but also affected many tissues and organs, especially kidneys.
