高聚物复合材料动力学性能实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF HIGH POLYMER COMPLEX MATERIAL
【摘要】 橡胶类高聚物具有许多其它材料没有的高弹性、低弹性模量以及粘弹性等优越的动力学性能。随着防护工程建设的发展 ,这类材料的优越性能逐渐被工程界认识。本文用分离式Hopkinson压杆实验技术研究了不同掺料的四种橡胶复合材料在冲击荷载作用下的动力学性能 ,分析了其良好的吸能效果 ,实验中发现四种橡胶复合材料透射波幅值与入射波幅值的比值较低 ,表明其吸能率较高 ,尤以涤棉和尼龙两种材料吸能效果较好。
【Abstract】 Rubber kind high polymer has many dynamic features such as high resilience,low-elastic modulus and viscoelasticity,which are superior to other materials.With the development of protective works,the advantages of such materials are accepted in the field of engineering.By using the experimental technology of Hopkinson compression bar,the dynamic features of four kinds of rubber complex materials composed of different admixtures and subjected to impact load are explored and their good energy-absorbing effect is analysed.In the experiments,the ratio of transmission amplitude to incident wave amplitude is found to be lower,which describes a higher energy-absorbing effect,especially when polyester mixed cotton or nylon serve as energy-absorbing material.
