基于关联距离熵的诊断方法研究
LEAKAGE FAULT DIAGNOSIS FOR VALVE TRAIN BASED ON CORRELATION DISTANCE ENTROPY
【摘要】 在研究相空间重构理论的基础上 ,首次提出了关联距离熵的概念 ,给出了其数学表达式Hd。Hd 体现了系统的本质特征 ,反映了系统在相空间中点分布的疏密程度、重构吸引子轨道的分布及形状。将其运用于 613 5柴油机气门漏气故障诊断中 ,取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 By investigaring the theory of phase space reconstruction,the concept of correlation distance entropy is presented and its mathematical expression H d is also deduced.H d embodies the intrinsic properties of the system and reflects the distribution density of the phase points,the distribution and shape of the reconstructed attractors in phase space.Experiments are carried out on a four-strokes and six-cylinders diesel engine.Cylinder head vibration signals under different states of the valve train are measured.H d of these vibration signals are worked out and good results are gotten when using them to perform the diagnosis for the valve train.
