【摘要】 目的　了解pS2与ER、PR表达的相关性 ,探讨其作为子宫内膜癌预后影响因子的可行性 ,并了解pS2表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理关系。方法　用免疫组化SP法 ,对 87例子宫内膜癌进行pS2、ER、PR染色。结果　 87例子宫内膜癌中 ,6 3例pS2 ( +) ;6 7例ER( +)者 ,5 6例pS2 ( +) ;6 5例PR( +)者 ,5 4例pS2 ( +)。 76例子宫内膜样癌中 6 3例pS2 ( +)。非子宫内膜样癌 11例 ,pS2均 ( - )。结论　pS2、ER、PR水平与组织学类型和分级均反应了子宫内膜癌的生物学行为。子宫内膜癌中pS2与ER、PR表达显著相关 ,pS2表达者存活率高、预后好。pS2可作为评估子宫内膜癌预后的一项独立指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possibility of pS2 protein as the prognostic factor, and its expression correlated with ER and PR and clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method, pS2,ER and PR were detected in 87 cases of endoetrial carcinoma. Results Of 87 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 63 expressed the pS2 protein. Of the 67 samples of ER-positive carcinoma, 56 were pS2-positive. Of the 65 cases of PR-positive carcinoma, 54 were pS2-positive. Of the 76 samples of endometrioid carcinomas, 63 were pS2-positive. None of pS2 protein was detected in 11 samples of nonendometrioid carcinoma. Conclusions The expression of pS2, ER and PR, the histologic classification of endometrial carcinoma can reflect its biological behavior. pS2 protein is strongly correlated with ER and PR expression of endometrial carcinoma. The pS2-positive tumor has a better survival rate and prognosis. The five year survival rate of pS2-positive tumour is better than that of the ER-positive one. Therefore, pS2 protein can be an independent prognostic index of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
