【摘要】 目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定莲须中槲皮素和山萘酚的含量。方法 :色谱柱为Shim packCLC ODC柱 ;以甲醇 0 .0 2 5mol/L磷酸 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 370nm。结果 :测定组分槲皮素、山萘酚与其它组分的色谱峰得到基线分离。加样回收率平均值为 96 .8% ,RSD为 1.97%。结论 :此方法为控制中药莲须的内在质量提供了新的测定指标和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine quercetin and kaempferol in stamen neulumbinis by HPLC. Methods : Shim-pack CLC-ODS column was used. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.025% phosphate. UV detector wavelength was set at 370nm. Results : The chromatographic peaks of quercetin and kaempferol and other components were completely separated. The average recovery was 96.8% and RSD was 1.97%. Conclusion : The experiment provided new markers and a reliable method for the quality control of Stamen Neulumbinis.更多还原
