忍冬、山银花HPLC/UV/MS指纹图谱研究
Study on the fingerprints of Honeysuckle and wild Honeysuckle by HPLC/UV/MS
【摘要】 目的 :采用HPLC/UV/MS法对忍冬和山银花药材进行指纹图谱的研究 ,并对其主要成分进行定性。方法 :采用AgilentZORBAXSB C18柱 ( 15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,甲醇和 0 .1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱 ,流速 :1mL·min-1。结果 :得到分离度和重复性均较好的忍冬和山银花药材HPLC/UV及HPLC/MS指纹图谱 ,分别对忍冬指纹图谱中 8个色谱峰和山银花图谱中 5个色谱峰进行了初步定性 ,并比较了 2种药材指纹图谱的差异。结论 :本方法可用于忍冬和山银花药材指纹图谱的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for studying on the HPLC/UV/MS fingerprints of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle and elucidating the major constituents contained in them. Methods: Separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB C 18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid and methanol as gradient eluent. The flow rate was 1mL·min -1 . Results: Fingerprints obtained can be used for valuation of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle. 8 compounds contained in Honeysuckle and 5 compounds contained in Wild Honeysuckle were elucidated by HPLC/MS. Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality control of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle.
