【摘要】 目的 :探讨乌鸡白凤丸抗动脉硬化机制。方法 :采用去大鼠卵巢的方法建立脂代谢紊乱模型 ,观察血脂、脂蛋白、脂质过氧化物的变化。结果 :乌鸡白凤丸治疗 12周后 ,甘油三脂 (TG)、氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)和丙二醛 (MDA)明显较去卵巢组降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL c)、载脂蛋白A(apo AI)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力明显较去卵巢组升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :乌鸡白凤丸抗动脉硬化机制与其调节血脂、抗氧化有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the antiatherosclerotic effect of Wujibaifeng Pills and its mechanism. Methods: Rat dyslipidema was induced by ovariectomy (OVX), the levels of serum lipids, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected after 12 weeks with the treatment of wujibafeng pills. Results: Wujibaifeng Pills lowered serum oxidized-low density lipoprotein cholesterol (OX-LDL,P< 0.01 ), triglyceride (TG,P<0.01), MDA(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and enhanced serum high desity lipoprotion cholesterol (HDL-C, P<0.05 or P<0.01), apolipoprotein A I (apo-AI, P<0.01) and SOD activities (P<0.01). Conclusion: Wujibaifeng Pills can adjust serum lipids, increase lipid SOD activities and decrease MDA contents in ovariectomized rats, with relation to inhibiting atherosclerosis.更多还原
