【摘要】 目的 :探讨指纹图谱的质量控制模式。方法 :采用HPLC法建立标准指纹图谱和样品指纹图谱 ,运用数值分类学和统计学原理 ,通过计算机求出样品图谱与标准品图谱之间的角余弦系数和距离系数来判别它们的相似性程度。结果 :角余弦系数和距离系数相结合能够准确的判断样品和标准的相似程度。结论 :该模式能有效的实施生产上的在线控制 ,保证不同批次产品质量的稳定一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study an identifying model of HPLC fingerprint for the overall quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: A HPLC method is used to establish the standard fingerprint as well as sample fingerprint first. Then through the principles of numerical taxonomy and statistics, the similarity of the sample to the standard is tested by coefficients of cosine and distant, which are calculated with computer. Results: The combination of the two coefficients of cosine and distant can test the similarity of the sample to the standard correctly and accurately. Conclusion: The coefficients along with HPLC fingerprint can be applied to the on-line control in workshop to ensure the products’ quality of all batches.更多还原
