【摘要】 目的 :研究平肝通络颗粒白芍 ,天麻 ,丹参 ,川芎 ,石决明等 )治疗偏头痛肝风血瘀证的临床疗效及主要药效。方法 :临床采用随机分组、双盲双模拟对照方法 ,临床对照用晕痛定片 ,实验对照用颅通定。结果 :两组偏头痛总有效率分别为95 .0 %、83 .3 % ,肝风血瘀证总有效率为 80 .0 %、61 .6 % ,头痛起效时间为 (1 1 .75± 6 .70 )h、(1 8.30± 8.2 2 )h ,组间比较均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。药理实验证实平肝通络颗粒能够扩张正常家兔脑膜小血管管径 ,同时明显对抗注射 5 羟色胺后兔脑膜血管管径的扩张 ,呈现双相调节作用 ,并有明显镇痛作用。结论 :平肝通络颗粒对偏头痛肝风血瘀证有良好的治疗作用和有一定的药理学依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and main pharmacological actions of Pingantongluo Granules (Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Concha Haliotidis, etc.) for migraine with liver wind and blood stasis symptom. Methods: Randomized controlled trail, double blind and double dummy method were applied. Yuntongding Tablets was used as a control drug in clinical investigation and Routunding Tablets as a control drug in pharmacological experiment study. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.0% and 83.3% for migraine and 80.0% and 61.6% for the liver wind and blood stasis symptom, respectively. Pinggantongluo Granules began to act on migraine in ( 11.75 ± 6.70 )h, and the control drug did in ( 18.30 ± 8.22 )h. There were a significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05 , P < 0.01 ). The pharmacological experiment proved that Pingantongluo Granules could dilate the small vessels of meninges in normal rabbits. It also could restrain the dilatalation of small vessels of menings in rabbits induced by 5 TH, showing the biphase adjustment and the analgesic effect. Conclusions: It is effective for the migraine with liver wind and blood stasis symptom and has a certain pharmacological basis.更多还原
