甘西鼠尾草脂溶性成分提取工艺的研究
Study on extraction for lipophilic parts of Rhizoma salvia przewalskii maxim
【摘要】 目的 :研究甘西鼠尾草脂溶性成分提取工艺的最佳条件。方法 :采用L9(34 )正交试验法 ,以甘西鼠尾草中主要抗菌活性成分隐丹参酮和丹参酮Ⅱ A 的含量之和为指标 ,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 :乙醇浓度和乙醇用量对提取效果有非常显著性和显著性影响。结论 :最佳工艺条件为加 8倍量 95 %的乙醇浸泡 8h后开始渗漉 ,流速 1 0滴 /min。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the optimum extraction conditions for lipophilic parts of rhizome of Salvia przewalskii Maxim. Methods: The orthogonal design L 9(3 4) was used with the sum of content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ A as markers and determined by HPLC. Results: The significant effects of ethanol concentration and amount on the extraction yield were discovered. Conclusion: The optimum technical condition: adding 8 times amount of 95% ethanol, then begin to percolate after having been soaked for 8h, percolation speed is 10 drop/min.
