探井残余压裂液固化处理实验研究
STUDY ON SOLIDIFICATION OF EXPLOR ATORY WELL RESIDUAL FRACTURING FLUID
【摘要】 采用普通硅酸盐水泥和生石灰作固化基材 ,固化处理南阳油田探井残余压裂液 ,固化剂最佳配方为30 %普通水泥 +2 0 %生石灰 +0 5 %~ 1%助凝剂 +2 %吸水剂 +10 %加重剂 ,可得到初凝时间适当 ,抗压强度较好的固化块。毒性浸泡实验表明 ,重金属和COD值得到很大程度的降低 ,完全达到对环境无害的要求。
【Abstract】 Residual fracturing fluid of an exploratory well is solidified by using conventional silicate cement and lime.In this paper,the optimal solidifying agent of residual fracturing fluid is presented,which is consisted of 30% cement,20% lime ,0.5%~1% gelling agent,2% absorbing water agent and 10% weighting agent,then the initial setting time and compression strength can meet the need.Toxicity extract experiment shows that heavy metal and COD value are remarkably reduced,it can reach the requirements of the national allowed extracted standard.
