调径变矩型节能抽油机工作性能仿真研究
OPERATING PERFORMANCE’S SIMULATION OF A NEW ENERGY-SAVING CONTROLLABLE DIAMETER AND VARIABLE TORQUE PUMPING UNIT
【摘要】 介绍新型调径变矩节能型抽油机的结构特点和工作原理 ,建立了该抽油机的几何学、运动学模型及工作性能仿真模型 ,在此基础上开发了调径变矩型抽油机的工作性能仿真软件 ,从而实现了对该抽油机运动规律、曲柄轴输出扭矩和抽油机平衡效果等工作性能的仿真分析计算。弄清了该抽油机的工作原理和节能机理 ,为进一步实现对该抽油机的结构优化、合理配置抽油机、提高抽油系统工作效率和开发新型高性能抽油机提供了理论依据和科学方法。
【Abstract】 In this paper,one new energy-saving controllable diameter and variable torque pumping unit (CDVTPU) and its structural characteristic and operating principle are introduced.The geometrical,kinematic models and the operating performance’s realistic models of CDVTPU are also established.On this basis,the operating performance’s simulated software of the pumping unit is developed,and the simulating analysis of the pumping unit’s kinematic principle,crank axle’s output torque and the counterbalance effect as well is realized.After understanding fully the CDVTPU’s working and energy-saving theory,the theoretical foundation and scientific method are provided for farther optimizing the CDVTPU’s structure,configuring the pumping unit reasonably,improving working efficiency of pumping system and exploring advanced pumping unit.
