液压封隔器丢手管柱的改进设计和应用

【摘要】 采用液压封隔器卡水、分层的工艺管柱由于其先进性必将会越来越广泛地得到应用。但是从现场应用的情况来看 ,该工艺管柱的施工成功率较之常规工艺管柱要低。针对液压封隔器丢手工艺管柱的中途坐封 ,或难以丢手等问题进行了分析 ,提出了改进措施 ,优化设计了该工艺管柱 ,对封隔器的坐封机构以及坐封启动压差进行了改进 ,设计了CKF常开阀以及DY可倒扣液压丢手等工具。现场应用改进后的工具和工艺情况表明 ,作业施工成功率 10 0 % ,降低了作业成本和难度 ,提高了作业施工的成功率。

【Abstract】 The process pipe string of hydraulic packer used in water shutoff and layering is widely applied because its performance is very advanced.But on the basis of field application,the success ratio of using the pipe string is lower than regular pipe string.According to the midway setting or difficultly releasing etc.problems of releasing pipe string for hydraulic packer,the setting mechanism and setting starting pressure difference of the packer are improved and CKF normally open valve and Dy reback-off hydraulic releasing tool are designed.The improved hydraulic releasing pipe string is used in field operation.The results show that its success ratio is high up 100% and it can reduce costs and difficulty of production.
