【Abstract】 Value theory is the basic theory in economics. The mission of economic value theory is to show the decision of exchange value of commodities and its moving law. The new economic time is coming and people’s living style is undergoing a wide and profound change. The value determination theory will also develop with the development of the real economics. The paper presents that in the knowledge time, an objective exchange base of commodities also exists. That is the labor time.
