【Abstract】 At present, the higher education of our country faces the challenges of educational internationalization, talent’s internationalization after the entry to the WTO. Mean time, the quality of higher education is dropping because of the planned economy, expansion of enrolment, transition of university thpes and the diversification of school - running. This has to make us think of the quality improvement of education and we should make every effort to find out the method of solving the problem.
