【Abstract】 In the Liberated Area,the state and private primary & secondary schools share some similarities in running their schools,which include that they all adhere to the fundamental direction that education serves all people,to the combination of education with production and to management according to law.However,they are different in some other aspects,for example,each has its own decisionmaking power in terms of funds.Besides,the private schools,subsidized by government funds,are run in villages.Therefore,we are still greatly enlightened by the development of the primary and secondary schools in the liberated area.更多还原
