锆-4合金包壳管抗疖状腐蚀性能研究
Research on Nodular Corrosion Resistance Performance of Zircaloy-4 Cladding Tubes
【摘要】 阐述了锆-4合金包壳管疖状腐蚀机理及改善疖状腐蚀性能的途径,并通过生产实践证明采用高Fe和Cr化学成分和低温加工工艺改善锆-4合金包壳管抗疖状腐蚀性能的方向是正确的、可行的。目前采用低温加工工艺生产的锆-4合金包壳管已达到技术条件要求,保证了反应堆在燃耗寿期内的安全运行。
【Abstract】 The paper depicts the mechanism of nodular corrosion of zircaloy-4 cladding tubes and the approach improving nodular corrosion performance. Increasing the Fe and Cr ingredient and adopting low temperature process can improve nodular corrosion performance, which is verified and feasible during fabrication. At present, the zircaloy-4 cladding tubes fabricated by low temperature process can meet the technical requirement, and can ensure the safety of nuclear reactor during its life cycle.
