浮箱式水力自动门水头损失系数试验研究
STUDY ON COEFFICIENT OF LOSS HEAD OF FLOATING HYDRAULIC-OPERATED AUTOMATIC GATE
【摘要】 根据浮箱式水力自动门的工作特性 ,对其水头损失进行了分析和试验研究 .水力自动门的水头损失试验采用变门变角度方法进行 ,让门体在水流冲力作用下自行启闭 ,较好地模拟多种不同设计参数的自动门实际运行情况 .在此基础上 ,采用改变门体配重的方法来研究浮重转矩对水头损失的影响 .对照试验结果 ,运用准则方程和数理解析 2种方法 ,分析、表达了水力自动门水头损失与各参变量之间的关系 ,并提出了经验计算式 .此门在北京市政工程中得到成功应用 .
【Abstract】 According to the working characteristic of floating hydraulic-operated automatic gate, the model test of loss head is well analyzed and studied. Using the new method, the working characteristic of hydraulic-operated automatic gate at different design parameter is finely simulated. The weight of gate is changed during the model test to study the relationship between moment of buoyed weight of gate and loss head. Based on the model test, the relationship between loss head and other variables is analyzed, by using the mathematical physics method and the equation of criterion. And a empirical formula is also proposed.
