葵花籽对扩心病模型心肌脂肪酸及心功能的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF SUNFLOWER SEED ON MYOCARDIAL FATTY ACIDS AND HEART FUNCTION IN ANIMAL MODEL OF DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY
【摘要】 目的 : 观察喂饲葵花籽对扩张型心肌病 (DCM)大鼠模型心脏结构 ,心功能 ,心肌脂肪酸及病理的影响。方法 : 出生 2 w、母乳喂养的雌性 SD大鼠分为三组 :A组 1 3只 ,胃饲法每日喂饲呋喃唑酮 0 .2 mg/g bw共 4w,B组 1 5只 ,喂呋喃唑酮外 ,给予母鼠额外补充葵花籽 4w,每周 7次 ,每次 8.5 g,C组为对照组 9只 ,A组与 C组 ,每周给葵花籽二次 ,每次 8.5 g。检测体重 ,心脏重量 ,体表心电图 ,心脏超声 ,心肌脂肪酸和病理。结果 : 喂饲富含亚油酸的葵花籽后呋喃唑酮诱导的 DCM的病变程度减轻 ,表现在心脏重量减轻 ,超声检测左室扩大减轻 ,左室射血分数改善。心肌中亚油酸 (1 8:2 n- 6 )含量明显增加 ,病理改变不明显。结论 : 呋喃唑酮诱导 SD大鼠 DCM模型在心脏超声、心肌病理和脂肪酸特点方面均类似于人类扩张型心肌病。喂富含亚油酸的葵花籽能使病变改善或延缓。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the influence of sunflower seed on heart structure and function, myocardial fatty acids, and pathology in animal model of dilated cardiomyopathy induced by furazolidone (Fz).Methods: Two-weeks old, female, breast-fed SD rats were divided into three groups, i.e.Fz group (n=13): 0.2 mg/(g bw·d -1)by gavage; Fz+S group (n=15): same as Fz group but supplemented with sunflower seed to mother rats and control group (n=9). All rats were killed at the 4 th week of the experiment. Body weight, heart weight, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, myocardial fatty acids and pathology were studied. Results: Sunflower seed supplementation resulted in reduction of heart weight, left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), increase of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and myocardial linoleic acid (18∶2 n-6). Pathological study of the myocardium of the Fz+S group indicated better myocardial arrangement, less fibrosis and necrosis than that of the Fz group. Conclusion: Sunflower seed feeding could improve the heart structure and function, myocardial fatty acid composition and pathological changes in animal model of dilated cardiomyopathy.
