【摘要】 以菜薹带柄子叶为外植体 ,采用农杆菌介导法将特异启动子PRSs-1与雪花莲凝集素 (GNA)基因构建的嵌合基因转化菜薹 ,获得 2 6株Km抗性植株 ,经过PCR检测和PCR Southern杂交分析证明其为转基因植株更多还原

【Abstract】 Cotyledons with petiole of Flowering stalk were transformed with the vector carrying a snowdrop lectin gene( Galanthus nivalid Agglutinin, GNA ).Twenty six transformants were obtained from cotyledons of Flowering Stalk.They were confirmed to be transformants by the PCR and PCR Southern blot analysis.更多还原
