【摘要】 目的:观察Q开关Nd:YAG激光对文身的治疗效果。方法:用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗不同类型的文身,能量密度5～12J/cm2,脉冲宽度5～7ns,重复频率1、2、5、10Hz,光斑尺寸2、3、4、6mm可调,对于文身较深者需多次治疗,每次间隔三个月。结果:共治疗150例,一次治愈率30％,总有效率达100％。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗文身,组织损伤小,痛苦少,不留疤痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:For inquire into the clinical effect of tattoo treated by Q - Switched Nd: YAG Laser. Methods:We treated patients of Various tattoo by Q - Switched Nd:YAG Laser. The Q - Switched Nd:YAG energy density was 5 - 12J/pulse, pulse repetition rate 1,2,5,10Hz, beam spot sizes 2,3,4,6mm. For pigmentary disease involving deep layer tissue need treatment for several times. The time of interval treatment was about 3 months. Results: In all 150 cases of tattoo. Cure rate in the first session was 30%. The frequency of treatment effect was up to 100%. Conclusion:It is a securing method having good cured results with no sear and less pain.更多还原
