聚天门冬氨酸合成过程中的水解反应
On the Hydrolysis of Polysuccinimide for Preparation of Polyaspartic Acid
【摘要】 运用正交试验设计确定了聚丁二酰亚胺适宜的水解条件。讨论了水解温度、水解时间、碱的浓度和用量对产物聚天门冬氨酸的分子量和性能的影响。利用IR、1HNMR、13 CNMR和TG DTA对聚天冬氨酸钠进行了表征。实验结果表明 ,水解的适宜条件为水解温度 5 0~ 90℃ ,水解时间约 30min ,NaOH浓度 2mol/L ,用量为与聚丁二酰亚胺等摩尔数 (每克聚丁二酰亚胺约 0 4 5~ 0 4 8gNaOH) ;对分子量影响最大的因素是反应温度 ;推测水解动力学为 2级连串反应类型。
【Abstract】 The appropriate conditions of the hydrolysis of polysuccinimide determined by means of an orthogonal experimental design were 2 mol/L NaOH(in water), 0.45~0.48 g NaOH/g polysuccinimide, 50~90 ℃ and 30 min. The effects of temperature, time, concentration and amount of NaOH on the scale inhibition capacity and molecular weight(M w) of the hydrolysis products were investigated. The polymers were characterized by IR, 13C NMR , 1H NMR and TG-DTA. The reaction temperature is all important affecting the molecular weight of the product and the kinetics of hydrolysis reaction is deduced to be a 2nd order cascade type reaction.
