新型手性聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯类聚合物的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Chiral Poly(meth)acrylates
【摘要】 合成了含 2个手性中心的 (甲基 )丙烯酸酯单体 ,(2S ,3S) 4′ (2 氯 3 甲基 )戊酰氧基 4 (甲基 )丙稀酰氧己氧基联苯。以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,通过自由基聚合方法得到了一类新型的手性聚 (甲基 )丙烯酸酯类聚合物。并采用FTIR和1HNMR表征了各反应中间体、单体以及聚合物的结构 ,利用凝胶渗透色谱 (GPC)测定了所合成聚合物的分子量及分子量分布。聚丙烯酸酯类Mn=12 0 0 0 ,Mw=15 6 90 ,d =1 31;聚甲基丙烯酸酯类Mn=2 12 5 5 ,Mw=385 5 4 ,d =1 81。
【Abstract】 A polymeric monomer, 4 (6 (meth)acryloyloxyhexyloxy) 4′ (2 S,3S ) (2 chloro 3 methyl pentanoyloxy ) biphenyl was synthesized from acrylic acid, 4,4′ biphenyldiol, and (-) (2 S,3S ) 2 amino 3 methyl pentanoic acid. Novel poly(meth)acrylate containing two chiral centers was prepared through free radical polymerization of the monomer by using azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as an initiator and DMF as solvent. The structures of the intermediate, monomers and corresponding polymers were characterized by elemental analysis , FTIR and 1 H NMR. Molecular weight and MW distribution were calculated by gel permeation chromatography . For polyacrylate they are M n=12 000, M w=15 690, d =1 31, and that for polymethacrylate M n=21 255, M w=38 554 and d =1 81.
