负载型铁系钙钛矿催化剂结构对SO2还原的影响
Iufluence of the Structure of Supported Fe-based Perovskite-type Oxide Catalyst on the SO2 Reduction
【摘要】 研究了在γ Al2 O3 上负载的铁系钙钛矿的结构特征 ,发现B位掺杂Cu和Co后 ,虽然提高了催化剂的氧化还原能力 ,但由于Cu2 + 、Co3 + 离子的加入 ,使活性组分与SO2 键合作用加强 ,提高了还原SO2 过程中CO氧化反应的难度 ,导致催化剂还原SO2 的活性下降 ;在A位掺杂Sr后 ,由于缺陷的有序化反而导致催化剂的氧化还原能力下降 ,也导致其还原SO2 性能的下降 ;XRD结果显示 ,催化剂在反应过程中一直保持了钙钛矿结构 ,因而特殊的化学结构使催化剂具有很高的催化活性 ;XPS结果表明 ,催化剂表面不同的硫物种对反应有不同的影响。
【Abstract】 The structure and property of γ Al 2O 3 supported Fe based perovskite type oxide catalysts were studied. Doping with Cu 2+ ?Co 3+ in B site could improve the redox property of catalysts, but the catalytic activity in SO 2 reduction was decreased due to the strong adsorption of SO 2 , meanwhile, the oxidation of CO was hindered. Substitution of La with Sr decreases the catalyst redox property and SO 2 reduction activity, as the defects change to ordered sequence. XRD result revealed that the ABO 3 framework could be maintained in the reaction, so the ABO 3 structure was regard as the active phase. XPS results also indicated that different kind of metal sulfide species shows different effect on the reaction.
