TiO2纳米管的光催化作用
Photocatalytical Degradation over TiO2 Nanotubes
【摘要】 以多孔氧化铝为模板制备出的锐钛矿型TiO2 纳米管管径均匀 ,管壁粗糙 ,由许多非常细小的TiO2 纳米粒子组成。在通空气条件下 ,该TiO2 纳米管对于十二烷基苯磺酸钠的光催化降解表现出很高的光催化活性 ,持续光照 2 0min可降解 3 0 %。紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱和结构表征的实验结果表明 ,TiO2 纳米管具有较宽的禁带和较小的电子 空穴复合几率 ,因此 ,其空穴 电子对具有强氧化 还原能力和高催化活性。
【Abstract】 Anatase TiO 2 nanotubes were prepared from tetrabutyl titanate(Ti(OC 4H 9) 4) using porous alumina as a template. The nanotubes exhibited uniform diameter, but rough walls and consisted of small crystals. They manifest high photocatalytic activity in the degradation of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) with bubbling air. About 30% SDBS was degraded under 20 min irradiation. UV vis spectra and the structure identification revealed that the TiO 2 nanotubes have greater energy gap, less possibility for the combination of electron hole pairs, to give stronger redox ability and higher photocatalytic activity than TiO 2 film.
