1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5与Mn(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Mn(Ⅱ) Complex of 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-4-Benzoyl-Pyrazolone-5
【摘要】 合成了 1 苯基 3 甲基 4 苯甲酰基 吡唑啉酮 5与Mn(Ⅱ )的配合物 ,用X射线衍射法测定了配合物晶体结构。结果表明 ,晶体属单斜晶系 ,空间群P2 (1) /n ,a =0 9949(4 )nm ,b =1 62 95 (6)nm ,c =2 2 111(8)nm ,β=10 0 976(7)°。其中 2个双齿螯合和 2个溶剂乙醇分子中氧原子PMBP- 与Mn(Ⅱ )离子配位 ,形成六配位扭曲的八面体构型 ,化学式为Mn(PMBP) 2 (EtOH) 2 。初步抑菌活性测试结果显示 ,其对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用
【Abstract】 The title complex was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X -ray diffractometry. The result indicates that the Mn(Ⅱ) complex is six-coord inated(two PMBP and two EtOH) with a distorted octahedral structure and chemica l formula Mn(PMBP) 2 (EtOH) 2 . The crystal is monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n , a=0 994 9(4) nm, b=1 629 5(6) nm, c=2 211 1(8) nm, β=100 976(7)°. The preliminary anti-bacterial activity tests showed the complex processes an inhibitory action to Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
