β-环糊精对菁染料光稳定性的影响
Effect of β-Cyclodextrin on the Photostability of Cyanine Dyes
【摘要】 用紫外 可见光谱法研究了 8种菁染料与 β 环糊精在水溶液中的包合现象。实验发现 ,β 环糊精的加入使菁染料在水溶液中的吸光度及光稳定性普遍提高 ;对于同一系列不对称的一甲川噻菁染料 ,芳环上取代基体积较大的噻菁染料光稳定性提高程度最大
【Abstract】 The inclusion phenomena occurred between β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and ei ght cyanine dyes has been investigated by UV-vis spectrometry. The results show ed that presence of β-CD, in general, can increase the absorbance and phot ostability of cyanine dyes in aq. solution and for the same series of asymmetric monomethine thiazine dyes the dye with greater substituents attached in aromati c ring reveals the most enhancement in photostability.
