【Abstract】 The synthesis of the title compound was carried out by the zinc dust reduction of 4-(4-methylphenoxy)benzaldoxime, which was obtained from commercially available p-bromobezaldehyde by reaction with potassium p-methylphenoxide. The method has the advantages of cheapness and high yield, without necessity of using toxic cyanide and handling of toxic organic cyanide.更多还原
