掺铁TiO2纳米微粒的制备及光催化性能
Preparation and Photocatalytic Property of Iron-doped TiO2 Nanoparticles
【摘要】 采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了粒径为 60~ 70nm的掺铁TiO2 纳米微粒。用TG DTA、XRD、LDPSA、SEM等手段对其进行了表征。用UV Vis分光光度计研究了掺铁TiO2 纳米微粒的光吸收特性与光催化活性。结果表明 ,掺杂铁离子使TiO2 纳米粒径的粒径变小 ,光谱响应范围扩大。通过对苯酚的光催化降解研究 ,发现掺入质量分数为 0 0 5 %Fe的TiO2 与纯TiO2 相比其平均降解速率提高了 1 3 6倍
【Abstract】 The iron-doped TiO2 nanoparticles in size of 60~70 nm were prepared by a sol-gel method, followed by freeze-drying treatment for 2 h. TG-DTA, XRD, UV-Vis, LDRSA and SEM observation and techniques were used to characterize the ultrafine particles. The presence of iron ion in TiO2 crystalline was found to increase the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in degradation of phenol. The iron-doped TiO2 with diffe- rent mass percentage of Fe 3+ were compared with pure TiO2 when being used as photocatalyst in degradation of phenol. The best catalytic activity was observed in TiO2 with 0.05% doped Fe 3+ .
