芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)10株细菌混合制剂对4种作物出苗及苗期生长的影响

【摘要】 以 10株具有促生及抑制病害的芽胞杆菌属菌株 (Bacillussp .)的培养物 ,按不同比例配制成 5个混合剂型细菌制剂 .A、B、C、D剂型播种时接种不结球小白菜 30d后 ,株高、叶片数、根长和干重分别增加 7.8%、6 .2 %、9.4 %和13.8% ,除C处理的株高与对照差异不显著外 ,其余均达显著水平 .接种A和B剂型显著提高豌豆出苗率 ,出苗 9d时两菌剂处理的地上和地下部干重分别平均提高 92 .3%和 183.3% ,并发现 5株供试菌株对引起豌豆病害病原菌有明显的抑菌作用 .以A、B、E三个剂型菌悬液培养水稻种子 4d时 ,各处理的平均芽长提高 33.3% ,根长提高 16 .0 % ,培养 2 5d时株高、根数和地上部干重平均分别提高 16 .0 %、9.5 %和 2 2 .7% ,均达显著水平 .B剂型的培养物培养小麦2 7d时发现对株高、叶片数和植株干重的影响都不显著 ,但对根数和根重有显著的促进作用 .综合分析认为 ,A菌剂最有利于供试作物出苗和苗期生长 ,其次为B剂型 .表 5参 17

【Abstract】 The cultures of 10 Bacillus sp. growth enhancing or/and disease resisting stains were mixed into 5 mixed inoculants (A,B,C,D,E). After being inoculated with inoculants A,B,C,and D,plant height,leaf number,root length and dry matter of Chinese cabbage were found increased by 7.8 %,6.2%,9.4%,and 13.8%,respectively. Seedling emergence rate of pea treated with A and B was significantly higher than the control,and the dry matters of shoot and root were increased by 92.3% and 183.3%,respectively,after emergence for 9 days. 5 strains exhibited obvious resistance to the pathogen isolated from seeds that failed to emerge from soil. In comparison to the controls,the sprout and root of rice were 33.3% and 16.0% longer at average,respectively,after incubated with inoculants A,B,and E for 4 days,and plant height,root number and dry matter above ground were increased by 16.0%,9.5% and 22.7% after incubated for 25 days with the three inoculants. Inoculant B would greatly affect root number and weight of wheat,with exception of plant height,leaf number and biomass above ground,after planted for 27 days. In conculusion,inoculant A was found with most significant effect on stimulating crop emergence and seedling growth. Tab 5,Ref 17
